ラジオパーソナリティ、ナレーション、司会、講演など。
1998年東京FM「テレマルシェ」パーソナリティを担当するかたわら、シンポジウムのコーディネーターを行い、地域おこしやNPO活動を始める。
2001年ＮＰＯ「きてきて先生プロジェクト」に参加、代表として活動を行う。子どもの元気は町の元気、そして、日本の元気をモットーに地域の活性化に寄与する。
2003年第5期東京都生涯学習審議会委員となり、2005年より第６期も引き続き委員として活動する。
また2003年の出産を機にワーキングマザー支援、女性のセカンドキャリア支援なども行う。

Freelance announcer, President of NPO “ Kite Kite Sensei Project”
Has been an on-air personality and a narrator, as well as been active as a panelist, coordinator and speaker at some symposiums hosted by the ministry in the fields of film commission, central city invigoration and urban development. Also has been a president of an NPO “Kite Kite Sensei Project (Come Teacher Come Project)” With the policy “making the city active should start with bringing up the children well,” has made opportunities for the children to meet adults who are specialized in a certain field and to learn from them.
Has been working as a member of　the TOKYO council on lifelong learning and a working mother of 2-year-old son.
